General Rules

1. Each participant must carry his/her college id.
2. Obscenity & vulgarity of any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
3. The use of alcohol, cigarettes, and other stuff is strictly prohibited inside the campus.
4. College names should not be disclosed by any means.
5. Items deposited should be collected on the same day.
6. Students should be present for the event 15minutes prior to a given time.
7. Groups are requested to arrive 30minutes prior to the competition begins.
8. Damage to any college property or misbehavior will be treated as a serious offense.
9. Pen Drives should have the college code and contact number.
10. UTSAV is not responsible for any issues related to pen Drives.
11. Only the technical officials will handle all the equipment.
12. The decision of the selection committees and the jury will be final & binding on all and will not be subject to discussion.
13. The dress code of the participants should be appropriate.
14. Performance videos will be used for promoting the UTSAV fest.

Security Rules

1. Unruly behavior, violence, offensive language, smoking in the premises and possession of cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs can lead to the disqualification of the contingent.
2. Consumption of intoxicants during the event is strictly prohibited.
3. Students should report any mishap to the security head.
4. Anything that is perceived as being offensive to any national, religious, linguistic sentiments or gender will lead to direct disqualification.
5. Carry valuables at your own risk.
6. Entry to the event venue will be allowed only on valid college ID cards and fee receipts.
7. Students should follow all the mentioned rules and regulations, failing at which will lead to direct disqualification.
8. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed backstage and restricted areas.
9. Participants will be treated as general audience after the completion of their respective event.
10. Confiscated items will not be returned under any circumstances.
11. CLs/ACLs have to carry their IDs throughout the event.
12. Violation of any of the above rules, will lead to disqualification.
